About the role: As a Junior Promotion Operations Officer, you will be an integral part of the BID Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of promotional activities and providing excellent support to both clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing promotion-related inquiries, coordinating logistics, and utilizing technical platforms to maintain operational smoothness. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. Your efforts will contribute directly to enhancing client experiences and driving the success of our promotional campaigns.
