Develop and implement the organisation’s ESG strategy in alignment with corporate vision, national sustainability agendas, and stakeholder expectations.

Establish governance frameworks, policies, and reporting structures to ensure ESG integration across all business units.

Advise senior management and the Board on ESG risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.

Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., Bursa Malaysia, GRI, SASB, TCFD).

Lead ESG reporting, disclosures, and assurance processes to meet regulatory and investor requirements.

Monitor and evaluate ESG performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Act as the primary liaison with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies on ESG matters.

Promote ESG innovation, including adoption of green technologies and digital solutions.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Environmental Studies, IT, or related discipline).Minimum 8 years of ESG experience with team management ideally.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices.Strong stakeholder management skills, including Board, regulator, and external partner engagement.Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.Excellent communication in English and Malay and good presentation skills.
