Company BackgroundOn behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles and trailers, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join their reputable organizationJob Responsibilities:

Execute sales strategies set by the Head of Sales to achieve revenue targets
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and prospects, without territory restrictions
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all market segments
Monitor own sales performance and share updates with the Head of Sales
Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and customer engagement events
Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and procedures
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales or management

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any fields
Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in commercial vehicle-related industries such as prime mover/truck/trailer sales, trailer/truck spare parts, lubricant oil and etc)
Keep up to date with market trends and apply insights for sales improvement
Analytical skills to assess opportunities and challenges
Must be willing to travel

Job details:

Permanent employment
Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.00am-6.00pm)
