Position: Project Management InternshipLocation: SkudaiJOB DESCRIPTION:Assist marketing project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for various marketing campaigns and initiativesSupport marketing project managers in project execution and tracking progress against timelines and budgetsCollaborate with marketing team members to ensure projects are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectivesFacilitate communication among project stakeholders and document project meetings and decisionsAssist in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, particularly as they relate to marketing strategies and tacticsDevelop project management tools and templates specific to marketing projects to improve project efficiency and effectivenessProvide regular updates to marketing project managers and other stakeholders on project progress, particularly as it relates to marketing metrics and KPIsPerform other duties as assigned by the marketing project manager or supervisorJOB REQUIREMENTS:Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools preferred, particularly as they relate to marketing projectsUnderstanding of marketing strategies and tactics preferredAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAvailability to work full-time for the duration of the internship (typically 3-6 months)SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Strong interest in marketing and digital mediaExperience with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSUnderstanding of SEO best practicesExperience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWillingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as neededAvailability to work flexible hours when requiredJoined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM1,000 / mo.
