Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Halal Executive, located in Shah Alam. The Halal Executive will be responsible for ensuring all food and beverage products comply with halal standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular inspections, maintaining halal certification records, liaising with suppliers, and providing staff training on halal practices. The Halal Executive will collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop halal-compliant menus and uphold the highest standards of halal integrity. Qualifications Knowledge of halal standards, regulations, and certification processes Experience in quality control, inspections, and maintaining compliance records Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and training staff Keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with the culinary team Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is beneficial Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam and manage schedules effectively Bachelor&aposs degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
