- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple sources (web scraping, APIs, third-party tools).
- Build automated pipelines for lead enrichment, deduplication, and validation.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across different systems.
- Automate manual processes such as Excel → cloud tool syncing and reporting dashboards.
- Develop scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into HubSpot CRM.
- Explore workflow and RPA automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, UiPath).
- Support smooth data migration and syncing between legacy databases and HubSpot CRM.
- Develop automation rules inside HubSpot for lead routing, deduplication, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops & Market Research teams to align CRM structures with business needs.
- Identify repetitive tasks and design scalable automation solutions.
- Create monitoring dashboards for data pipeline health and performance.
- Continuously improve efficiency of data collection, storage, and reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in data automation, engineering, or business process automation.
- Strong skills in Python / SQL / APIs (for data scraping and ETL).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Excel automation, Google Sheets, and cloud tools.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in web scraping frameworks (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable data storage.
- Familiarity with machine learning basics for lead scoring and probability models.
