1. Identifying new sales leads a. Researching and analysing organisations and individuals to identify new opportunity and potential client b. Contacting Potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings c. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events d. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiative 2. Pitching solutions, products and/or services a. Preparing Powerpoint presentations and sales displays b. Presenting company's current/new solutions, products or services to client c. Developing quotes / proposals d. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 3. Maintaining good relationship with existing clients and external employee a. Handling Client Relationship Management & Account Management. b. Meeting with external employee and building good rapport with them 4. Documentation or administration related task including preparing daily / weekly/ monthly report to management and following up outstanding payment with client 5. Any other duties related to the department / within the organisation
