Job Description In your new role you will: Lead and mentor maintenance technician groups to execute equipment maintenance timely and comprehensively. Ensure availability of machine critical parts and tooling parts to support production which will impacted the OEE and delivery. Maintenance: Manage Test equipment maintenance systematic, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. Establish and/or modify setup, conversion and troubleshooting guideline to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime. Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns. Coordination of all Safety, Health and Environment activities including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, Physics or equivalent. Preferably more than 5 years of working experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry. A fundamental knowledge of the semiconductor processes in relevant.
