Job Summary Seeking a Business Analyst with strong insurance product configuration experience to manage onboarding of new products across multiple distribution channels and markets. The role partners with product, actuarial, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery. Mandatory Skill-set 5+ years of experience in full systems development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of insurance product configuration (Par, Non-Par, ILAS products). Experience in insurance product rollout and sales illustration implementation; Proficiency in Agile development methodology; Solid technical knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and web/app architectures; Experience in API mapping, API specifications, and cross-system integrations; Strong business analysis skills including requirement gathering, impact analysis, and process modeling; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills. Desired Skill-set Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, and modern digital architecture practices; Experience managing multi-market product pipelines and system upgrades across business units.
