- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 1 years of sales experience for Supervisor level, preferably in FMCG or Foodservice
- Strong sales drive with proven ability to achieve targets
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license
- Deliver monthly sales volume and revenue targets within assigned territory
- Execute daily outlet coverage and ensure full route efficiency
- Expand market presence through new outlet acquisition and products penetration
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to achieve targets
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection
- Plan and execute monthly sales activities, promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate closely with logistics and operations to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, reporting and route planning
- Lead, manage and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor team discipline, attendance and field performance
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales capability
- Ensure team KPIs and territory performance are consistently achieved
