Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager, located in Petaling Jaya. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for supporting client accounts by managing daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include account maintenance, resolving client inquiries, generating reports, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Account management skills, including client communication and relationship building Strong organizational and operational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Proficiency in report generation and ability to analyze data to identify trends Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Accountancy, or a relevant field
