This shall include but not limited to managing 3D CAD project team members, ensuring Information Management requirements are adhered to, and providing technical support to relevant project stakeholder.Main ChallengesThis position requires sound technical knowledge on Smart 3D administration including customization capability and leadership skills for managing team of various geographical locations and culture.Main Accountabilities:Department:
  • Act as a role model for the Project team member(s) for ESG and TEN values and contribute to T.EN's purpose of breaking boundaries to engineer a sustainable future
  • Participate in QHSES program, ensuring health and safety of personnel
  • Ensuring compliance to GBPMS, BCMS, ICMS, DWP, GWPs and other related quality control procedures for Project Execution Systems perimeter
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction of PES perimeter (Contractual requirements fulfilment, documents/databases delivered on time, etc)
Project Execution Support:
  • Develop and ensure governance of Project 3D Modelling & Review Procedure and Project Work Instructions
  • Responsible for Smart 3D project database creation and maintenance
  • Overall coordination between T.EN operating centres and/or Project partner(s)
  • Design and implement workshare practises and data transfer mechanism between T.EN operating centres and/or Project partner(s). Manage Smart 3D Workshare configuration and maintenance as Hub or Satellite
  • Liaise with Piping Material for extraction of Piping Classes and catalogue information from Smart Material, and checking against issued Piping Classes.
  • Responsible for loading, update and maintenance of specification and catalogue libraries for all disciplines including vendor data incorporation
  • Responsible for Support Library customization as per Project Support Standard Specification
  • Setup and customize Isometric, drawings and report templates as per Project requirement
  • Run interference check and report generation
  • Configure and schedule extraction of 3D Model Review files
  • Prepare Smart 3D database for Final Handover, inclusive of Database Handover Note
  • Liaise with Data Engineer or Information Management Engineer, ensuring proper integration of Smart 3D with other Engineering Tools and respecting Data-Centric Approach
Continuous Improvement and Expertise:
  • Support harmonization of Project Execution Systems work processes, methodology and tools, ensuring
standardized deployment of its software and activities
  • Collect needs and feedbacks from Project team for continuous improvement
  • Support lean execution of projects by registering ideas for continuous improvement in Alpha Omega
  • Conduct Smart 3D administrator training for junior team members
About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Management
  • 10 years of working experience in Smart 3D administration
  • Experience in managing FEED, Detail Design and EPC projects
  • Good understanding of Engineering workflows including inter-discipline processes
  • Able to communicate efficiently in diverse working environment including counterparts of various geographical location and culture
  • Sound knowledge in SQL, Visual Basic, dot.net, c++/c#, etc
  • Possess fundamental knowledge on Information Management requirement
  • Possess basic knowledge on 2D CAD application such as MicroStation & AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in English
