Our client has established itself as a renowned Real Estate/ Property Development company.We are looking for an exceptional individual who will lead, develop and implement the vision and strategy for product development and innovation.The Challenges
  • Align product development strategies with the company's overall business goals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyse customer needs and preferences to drive product innovation.
  • Create and manage the product development roadmap.
  • Prioritize projects based on business impact and strategic importance
  • Lead and mentor a team of product developers, designers, and innovation specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, and operations for alignment and integration of new products.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Guide the design and development of new products and services.
  • Implement best practices in product development processes and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization
  • Encourage and manage the generation of new ideas and concepts.
  • Develop and manage the product development budget.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-efficiency in product development activities.
  • Assess the return on investment for new product initiatives.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on products.
  • Present product concepts and development progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and adapt product strategies accordingly.
Risk Management * Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and innovation.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in product design & innovation
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • 12 to 15 years in real estate or property development industries
