- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Biological related fields with a major in Microbiology and/ or Quality Control.
- With a minimum of 5 years working experience in food safety management system (FSMS) by having adequate understanding of food & beverage production processes.
- Able to do planning for realization of safe food production.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment (microbiological tests, equipment and budgeting) is an added advantage.
- Possess working knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to food processing/ catering.
- Possess decisive analytical mind in risk assessment in food safety.
- Possess leadership and task planning skills and able to work under pressure
