Investor Relationship Executive/Senior Executive

• Support the acquisition of new investors, including emerging affluent and high net-worth individuals, for both Conventional and Islamic investment products.
• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing investors to drive retention and portfolio growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling of suitable investment solutions.
• Support planning and execution of investor campaigns, webinars, and engagement events.
• Work closely with Tech, Marketing, CX, and Risk teams to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the investor experience.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold high standards of integrity in all investor interactions.

• Degree holder with minimum 1–8 years of experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, or Investment-related roles.
• Exposure to Wealth Management, Investment Products, or Relationship Management (Conventional and/or Islamic products).
• Basic understanding of Islamic investment principles (Shariah-compliant products) is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in client relationship building and investment advisory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese is an added advantage.
