- Manage daily operations, office/farms' maintenance, procurement, and workplace safety compliance.
- Handle Foreign Workers' work permits, renewals, medical check-ups, accommodations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee renewals and compliance of business licenses and permits registration.
- Assist in insurance, risk management, office/farms' purchases and operation matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent education.
- Minimum 8 years' working experience in Business Administration and/or similar industry.
- With Executive-level management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledgeable with SAP System.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Independent, meticulous and possess good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork, leadership, people management, responsibility and trustworthiness.
