About The Role What you need to know: Responsible for timely and accurate reporting requirements Managing a team and provide accounting guidance/support to finance teams, as required. Review financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditors Assist in tax preparation and filing. Support the team with AR/AP activities when required Liaise with Corporate counterparts on financial matters as required. Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities. What you need to have: Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controllership or in Audit field. 1-2 years experience in overseeing/managing a team. Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Time and team management skills. Prior experience within Big 4 or accounting / auditing firm is an added advantage. SAP experience is a plus point.
