- Manage and work with other departments for new product development, launches, training, and communication to agency force
- Manage product sales analysis, monitoring, and reporting
- Promote and drive sales-related initiatives
- Manage business development support in Northern and Sarawak region
- Develop strategy to increase recruitment and productivity of agents in respective regions
- Manage agency transformation and adoption of technology in sales and agency management
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Other tasks as assigned
- Possess tertiary qualifications in any field, with financial planning or insurance-related certifications
- Has at least 10 years of working experience in insurance or financial services industry, preferably in Product Development, Marketing, Digital, Training or Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Independent and proactive
- Proficient in MS Office
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
