- Identify and engage with architects, engineers, consultants, and other specifiers to promote products and solutions.
- Educate specifiers on the features, benefits, and applications of the products to influence project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to provide technical assistance and support to specifiers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards, building codes, and regulations related to waterproofing and adhesives.
- Monitor project specifications and track competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the specification process to ensure accurate and effective product selection..
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in specification sales, technical sales, or a related role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
