Engineer

• To define process flow for new product introduction.
• Develop & improve work instruction, procedures & process control for existing product.
• Responsible for SMT yield & internal / external quality feedback.
• Coordinate fabrication of stencil & fixtures for SMT use.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and product output.

• Generally responsible for process and product engineering of the manufacture of existing products.
• Liaise with customer engineering for process/ specification related issues.
• Generate work Instructions & Control Plans to demonstrate methods and sequence of assembly process.
• Perform Failure Analysis and define rework/repair methods.
• Non-technical related job duties may be assigned including material compliance, project coordination.

• To act as support agent to QC supervisor in technical difficulties in daily activities.
• Carry Original Defect Reject parts confirmation where defective parts rejected from production, CAR will issue if any necessary to trigger Supply Quality Engineering.
• Carry out experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality or investigate the root cause of claims.
• Interface with internal customer and external customer for all Quality issue.
• Tracking timely Voice of Customer (VOC), Customer feedback and CAR issuance, carry out investigate and validate experiment with necessary corrective and preventive actions taken in place effectively.

• To keep track all assembly machines, equipment and fixture asset and their correspondence spare part list and drawings.
• Provide cost effective solutions in tackling issues pertaining to maintenance and breakdown.
• Demonstrate safety awareness especially on maintaining machines and fixtures.
• Process technical know-how in electrical and electronic, test script writing and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to demonstrate and lead in identifying root causes of product failure.

• Leading a team of designer in order to complete job assign by superior.
• Carries out research, design DFM and advise on mechanical function plant and equipment. (Machining tools, EDM, CAD, CAM)
• Prepare BOM and issue drawing to related party and record to Mould drawing distribution record.
• Plan and supervises their manufacture, design change and modification of plastic injection Mould.
• Follow up drawing of Wire cut machine process.

• To help review the documents from customers.
• To study, highlight the technical issues to customers and manufacturing team.
• To participate in the PFMEA and DFM study.
• To participate in meeting with customer.
• To support manufacturing team on technical method.

• To design & realize all the mechanical parts on the assigned development project, in line with customer's requirements & deadlines.
• Development project must meet the cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• To define specifications & tolerances of piece parts & subassemblies of the assigned development projects.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues / problems related to Design.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any equivalent.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduated also welcome to apply.
