Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist (Mandarin Speaking) to manage front-line communication and provide excellent remote support to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is well-organized, polite, and fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and internal teams Manage virtual front desk duties including call routing, message taking, and appointment scheduling Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate when necessary Maintain proper records of calls, messages, and customer interactions Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times Requirements Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Proven experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative support is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good multitasking and time management abilities Comfortable using communication tools, CRM systems, and basic office software Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
