Executive (Financial Planning, Analysis & Cost Accounting)

• Plan, execute and monitor Return on Cost (ROC) for Residential Projects with key financial information/analytics to ensure the project delivery on time, within budget and profitable.
• To prepare, execute and analyze monthly service cost recovery report through Power BI (PBI). Organize and facilitate monthly meetings to discuss findings and areas for improvement.
• Conduct financial due diligence and highlight the financial performance for position and to provide appropriate recommendation on issues highlighted
• Analyze and support the internal stakeholders on financial data in depth analysis in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statement and quality analysis
• Ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support the project and operation and as required by management from time to time.
• Ad-hoc tasks in relation to finance at business' scope of work.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in finance and accounts (experience in real estate/property industry and finance at operation is an advantage).
• Possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and knowledge in applications of Finance and Account standard.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Experience in full set accounting, reporting and consolidation.
