About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Intern. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, and support within a dynamic PMO environment. You will assist in tracking project performance, maintaining project documentation, supporting project risk management, while learning best practices in project management. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating PMO documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process templates. Support project managers with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Help track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Assist with project risk management activities, including maintaining the risk register, tracking mitigation actions, and updating risk status reports. Support basic analysis of project data to help identify trends in timelines, budgets, or common project issues. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO. Support project initiation by issuing out Statement of Works (SOW) based on scope provided by the project managers. Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data; experience with Excel for organizing and summarizing information.
