Responsible for meeting/achieving the set annual target, development and performance of all sales activities with regards to new business and renewal retention, provides assistance to the Head/Team Lead and work with Sales Support staff/team towards achieving the set annual sales target. Execute the action plan set out by the Business Manager in line with the company's direction and objective in increasing growth and profitability. Engage in effective team communication that will create efficiency, input, understanding and in tandem with the evolving marketplace. Responsibilities Assist the Head/Team Lead to develop sales strategies, prepare action plan and scheduled activities. Execute all action plan and sales activities and track/ monitor sales performance against sales target, take corrective action and improvement where necessary. Participate in weekly/fortnightly/monthly review with the Head/Team Lead to build effective communications, to understand organizational direction and to give insight to Head on their activity performance. Assist the Head/Team Lead to approach on account targeting/prospecting list and intermediaries (where applicable) through facts finding and use the information gathered to prepare proposals and presentations. Provides market information to the management team on products and its pricing, competitor's activity, best practices, sales incentives and other related matters. Provide/renders excellence customers service with strong/active engagement on people - sales Team/Intermediaries/Customers. Assist the Head/Team Lead to ensure contributions are collected timely. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and implemented within the team Prepare timely and accurate report to management Attend regular coaching with the head/Team Lead Qualifications Possess a Degree/Diploma preferably in Insurance, Marketing or related discipline.
