- Support short-term labour hiring and workforce mobilisation, coordinating manpower requirements with project teams to ensure timely fulfilment of operational needs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll inputs, allowances, and employee entitlements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and people-related issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, supporting internal communications, engagement activities, and initiatives that promote positive workforce morale and retention.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and site leaders, acting as a trusted HR point of contact to support workforce challenges, policy interpretation, and people management practices.
- Coordinate and support CSR and employee-related events, contributing to company-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, community involvement, and employer branding.
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar.
- Comes with around 4 - 5 years of HR experience within fast-paced environments.
- Adaptable, problem-solver, and strong multi-tasker.
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous.
