- Process and manage customer orders efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, including features, benefits, and FAQs
- Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers who are influential in the market
