We are looking for an Accounts Executive. Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, Accounting Software (AutoCount System) would be an added advantage. To be successful in this role, you should have an accounting background and be familiar with book-keeping. Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation of payment vouchers and prepare purchase orders on procurement requests. Prepare and issued invoice and delivery orders. Maintained detailed and accurate inventory records, assisting with stock monitoring for annual stock-take summary report. Preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, airwaybills and customs declarations. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
