Job Description: License Administration & Management Maintain accurate records of software licenses and entitlements across assigned systems and business units. Assist in processing license requests, user allocations, and deactivations in line with approved procedures. Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure proper tracking of license availability and usage limits. User & Technical Support Provide basic support for license-related requests, such as access, activation, or allocation issues. Work with the helpdesk and engineering teams to ensure smooth provisioning and deprovisioning of user licenses. Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal guides. Compliance & Governance Ensure license usage adheres to internal IT policies and standards. Support internal audit activities by providing accurate license data when required. Monitor license utilisation to identify potential optimisation opportunities. Process Improvement & Reporting Support reporting efforts to improve visibility of license usage and allocation. Assist in automation or workflow enhancement projects led by senior team members. Contribute ideas for improving accuracy, efficiency, and documentation quality. Requirements: Basic knowledge of ITSM or asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or other platforms. Familiarity with enterprise software administration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Zoom. Experience with Excel or other data reporting tools is an advantage. Understanding of general IT processes or asset management principles. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is a plus. Strong fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
