This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced technology environment. You will support campaigns, assist in day-to-day communication activities, and help strengthen DXC's brand presence across various channels. Must be currently enrolled in a Degree or Diploma program (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, or a related field) at College or University Intake: April/May 2026 Duration: 4 to 6 months Eligibility: Malaysian citizen Work arrangement: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of communication and marketing initiatives. Assist in crafting compelling content for internal communications, social media, and digital platforms. Engage with employees and stakeholders to support internal events, announcements, and campaigns. Organize and maintain communication materials, calendars, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment and project consistency. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with interest in storytelling and visual design. Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. Must be currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
