Job Brief:The person will play a key role in driving brand growth and market visibility by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. This role is responsible for leading campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity at every touchpoint. The manager will oversee go-to-market initiatives, content development, and performance marketing while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ROI. Working closely with cross-functional and regional teams, this role will champion innovation,strengthen customer engagement, and support overall business growth.Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand & marketing growth.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee all go-to-market initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, traditional media (print and broadcast), and content creation to build awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Identify trends and incorporate new ideas to grow social media followers and engagement, while leading and optimizing digital performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in managing the marketing department budget.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branding and marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and present brand and marketing strategies.
  • Strong track record in running effective 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Ability to analyze data and market research, with strong problem-solving skills to address discrepancies effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong strategic, creative, and data-driven thinking.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking new ways to engage target audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when require
