Pool Driver

• Check the car booking email on daily basis and stand by to drive users to the destination accordingly.

• Check vehicle before use and send for wash as and when require.

• Record the mileage, Shell card and Touch 'N Go card in the record book before and after using the car.

• Report to supervisor immediately if car require repair or routine servicing, road tax renewal and etc.

• Comply with the do’s and don’ts on car maintenance and up keeping.

• Assisting in incoming mail room.

• Assist in repairing kettle and telephone maintenance.

• Relief other despatch staff functions as and when instructed by supervisor.

• Perform other functions relevant to the job grade that may be assigned from time to time.

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practice

• Minimum qualification – SPM.

• Driving License for class B2 & D.

• 5 years’ experience in similar environment.

• Experience in driving and knowledgeable in maintaining high end vehicles e.g: Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Toyota, Lexus, Honda and etc.

• Have attended driving skill and road safety course

• Have the skills to get to the location in challenging situation, practice and patience when driving knowledgeable enough directions and changes.

• Punctuality and ability to work under pressure.

• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
