Job DescriptionThe Senior, Performance Management and Insights is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This role provides actionable insights into business performance, identifies potential risks or gaps, and recommends mitigation strategies. The incumbent will also ensure the accuracy and reliability of databases and analyses, supporting the development of performance dashboards and comprehensive evaluations.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and monitor business performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Provide insights into business performance and escalate potential risks or gaps.Independently establish criteria for performance evaluation.Assess potential risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies for business owners' consideration.Ensure databases and analytical work are reliable, timely, and accurate.Support management by delivering performance dashboards and evaluations.Translate revenues, costs, and profitability into actionable recommendations for business owners.Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic projects, advising project teams on performance-related requests.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in performance management, business planning, financial analysis, or related functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Experience in database management, financial modeling, and dashboard reporting.Solid understanding of business performance metrics, KPIs, and risk assessment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.Proactive, independent, and adaptable with strong business acumen.Team player with experience collaborating across functions and supporting strategic projects.Division: SALES & RETAILJob DescriptionThe Senior, Performance Management and Insights is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
