Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives across all assigned stores
Execute window displays, in-store focal points, mannequins, and product storytelling
Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and store formats
Maintain high VM standards through regular store visits and audits

Store Support & Coordination

Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of VM guidelines
Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and upkeep
Support store openings, renovations, and special projects
Assist stores with VM challenges and space optimisation

Campaign & Promotion Support

Execute VM for product launches, promotions, and key retail moments (e.g. sales periods, festive campaigns)
Coordinate VM set-ups for on-ground activations and pop-ups
Ensure timely installation and removal of campaign visuals

Performance & Reporting

Monitor VM execution quality and provide feedback to stores
Track campaign effectiveness and share insights with VM and marketing teams
Document best practices and improvement areas

Stock & Space Management

Support effective product placement to maximise sell-through
Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams on stock flow and space planning
Ensure visual displays are safe, neat, and commercially driven
Work closely with third-party brands to ensure visual merchandising execution aligns with company direction, guidelines, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Degree in Design, Retail, Marketing or a related field
Have a minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the sports retail industry
Strong eye for visual presentation, styling, and detail
Good understanding of retail KPIs and commercial VM principles
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to read and execute VM guidelines and planograms
Knowledge of fashion/sports retail trends is an advantag
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
