R&D Executive

• Execute end‑to‑end new product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization, including formulation, shelf‑life studies, and TDS creation.
• Lead and support product optimization, renovation, and cost‑reduction initiatives across multiple food categories.
• Plan, conduct, and troubleshoot pilot plant and industrial trial runs to ensure smooth scale‑up to production.
• Transfer new recipes from headquarters and adapt formulations to local manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate pilot plant operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and equipment readiness.
• Lead pilot plant maintenance with technicians and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, equipment, and technologies to support product and process improvement.
• Manage SAP activities for new product code creation, specification updates, and relevant master data processes.
• Collaborate with production, QA, regulatory, sales, and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

• A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in food manufacturing, handling UHT, margarine, or beverage products.
• Strong knowledge of commodity materials such as vegetable oils and dairy ingredients.
• Solid background in food manufacturing processes with understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• In‑depth knowledge of food technology, formulation, food analysis, oils & fats science, chemistry, and related laboratory practices.
• Hands‑on experience managing analytical activities and interpreting product performance data in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• High integrity, strong curiosity, and the ability to challenge existing processes while presenting data clearly and professionally.
