Duties and responsibilities To ensure the updated requirements of the DOSH & NIOSH are implemented and proper documented. To initiate, promote, educate, execute and implemented of safety programs and activities in continuous checks of the work-site, including proper usage of PPE. To lead the Safety Hazard Identification and Risk assessment and Environmental Aspect impact assessment. To actively monitor, audit and carry-out risk assessment of HSE operations at work-site. To generate report regarding safety matters to superior and Management. To attend all safety meetings. To conduct daily safety briefing before start work and documented. To ensure proper waste management (scheduled and hazardous). To conduct investigation on all accident, incident, establish and analyze roof cause for detailed assessment and implement actions. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any field, preferably specializing in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent. At least 3 years of SSS experience in the related field is required in this position, preferable from solar industry. Yellow book holder registered to Malaysia Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) as Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) or Safety Health Officer.
