HR/Admin Executive

• Minimum SPM and above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

• Handle daily HR administrative tasks (staff attendance, leave records, employee data, etc.)
• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters)
• Maintain and update HR files, records, and databases
• Support payroll preparation and statutory submissions
• Assist in organizing company events, training, and employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and management
