Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and communication to customers subscribing to CDN and/or Security solutions Monitor the system alerts, security events and/or performance issues from various engerprise products. Perform basic configuration changes, troubleshooting, and initial incidence assessments before escalating to a backend support team according to pre-established procedures and runbook Support onboarding of applications and domains onto CDN and/or Security systems. Analyze HTTP/HTTPS traffic logs to identify suspicious or malicious behavior. Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover notes. Participate in shift rotation / on-call support when required. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in security operations, network operations, or technical support. Good to have Basic understanding of: o Web protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, cookies, headers o DNS and SSL/TLS o Web security fundamentals (OWASP Top 10) Willingness to learn and follow incident response processes. Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (written and verbal).
