- Prospect and acquire new customers to drive business development and revenue growth
- Manage and service existing customers to strengthen client relationships and key accounts
- Perform equipment sizing, selection and proposal preparation for pumps, blowers and industrial systems based on customer requirements
- Provide technical documentation, drawings and performance curves to support customer enquiries and solution proposals
- Monitor and ensure timely Accounts Receivable (AR) collection for assigned accounts
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments, providing feedback to management
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, pipeline updates and sales forecasts on a timely basis
- Diploma / Certificate in any field; candidates with Engineering or Technical background are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in industrial sales, B2B sales, technical sales or engineering sales is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales engineering / business development are welcome (training provided)
- Willing to work in Batu 6, Jalan Puchong
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined and dependable
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits and outstation assignments
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment such as pumps, blowers or mechanical systems is an advantage
- Ability to handle customer enquiries, technical discussions and solution-based selling
- 5-day work week
