Job DescriptionRequirements1-2 years of retail or customer service experience (Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred).Strong communication skills; multilingual ability is an advantage.Sales-driven with strong interpersonal skills.Basic numeracy and POS handling skills.Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Must be eligible for security clearance.ResponsibilitiesJob descriptionWe are an award-winning Duty-Free business with multiple outlets throughout the region. With 1000+ liquor brands and 2500+ brands in all categories, which also includes tobacco, chocolate, perfume, cosmetics, and skincare, we have the highest number of brands in the entire Malaysian Duty-Free Industry.ACCOUNTABILITYSales & Customer ServiceGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Actively promote and upsell Duty Free products (liquor, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, confectionery, chocolate etc.).Achieve individual, branch sales targets and KPIs.Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and travel destinations.Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally.Cashiering & TransactionsProcess sales transactions accurately using POS systems.Follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.Verify boarding passes and travel documents as required for Duty Free sales compliance.Merchandising & Branch OperationsReplenish gondola, wall bays and ensure products are well displayed according to merchandising guidelines.Maintain branch cleanliness and presentation standards.Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low-stock items.Support stock counts and inventory audits when required.Compliance & SecurityComply with airport security regulations and Duty Free bonded stock procedures.Adhere to customs rules regarding restricted goods and quantity limits.Prevent shrinkage and report suspicious activities.Benefits
