- Establish, structure, and manage the HR team, including hiring and training HR staff;
- Develop HR workflows, SOPs, and performance standards;
- Liaise with the headquarters in Jiangsu, China, to implement HR policies and localize them in compliance with Msian regulations;
- Plan and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient execution and resolving complex HR issues.
- Develop recruitment plans based on manpower requirements;
- Lead hiring for key and critical positions and supervise recruitment for operational roles;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management;
- Build and maintain local recruitment channels and talent pipelines;
- Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Msian labor laws, including the Employment Act 1955;
- Manage employment contracts (issuance, renewal, amendments, termination);
- Oversee attendance and payroll processes, including KWSP and PERKESO contributions;
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and exit management;
- Manage work permits and visas for foreign employees (including expatriates), ensuring full compliance.
- Manage employee records, HR data, and reporting;
- Oversee employee benefits, leave management, and employee engagement;
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
