- Monitor/ensure all employees observe and abide IFX Rules & Regulations whilst in the premises
- Safeguard IFX assets (employees/properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities
- Maintain a professional code of ethics in line with IFX BCG
- Supervise subordinates and ensure all security tasks executed as per directive
- Conduct preliminary action on any arising security risk situation and apply containment action
- Timely address any complaints/reports received and update immediate superior
- Ensure all security system and hardware are functioning and report failure immediately.
- Effectively communicate with all Department instructions and directives to their subordinate
- Treat all Security matters in a highly confidential manner & shall not disclose any information without prior approval from the Operation Manager.
- To support the Security Executives in any given tasks
- To response and execute all requirements of IFX Emergency Response Procedures
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related Security field.
- Basic knowledge in Security System Management (CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Alarm and Metal Detectors)
- Basic knowledge in Fire Alarm System Management
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel,Powerpoint, Outlook, etc)
