Location : Bayan LepasSalary : RM 6,500 - 9,000job descriptionJob Responsibilities:Plan and direct deployment of sales staff, training and performance evaluations in order to derive the optimal output from the sales team.Ensures that the entire sales activities including distribution, sales service and collections are properly managed and controlled in line with the Company objectives.Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base in central region by evaluating sales potentialActively follow up with customers’ requirementsIdentify customers’ needs and offer technical solutions, training & application supportPlan, forecast and materialize personal sales targetUtilize company tools to maintain & management clientele Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with preferably 5 years of experience in test and measurement or Semicon industry.

Preferably with technical background in areas relating to electronics test & measurement/electrical/electronics equipment or semiconductor handlerExposure and technical background in E&E test and measurement solution (EMI/EMC)/equipment or semicon.Strong Knowledge & savvy in electronic & electrical industrial equipment or semiconAble to learn and assimilate new technology quicklyGood communication skill especially in EnglishDynamic, Independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environmentPossess own transport and required to travel within Malaysia
