We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue to lead our revenue management efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue across all distribution channels, developing pricing strategies, and analysing market trends to drive business growth You are going to be responsible for: Daily analysis of the pick-up and daily forecast to manage rate and room availability. Recommend and establish pricing strategies. Focus will be to devise day-to-day and week-to-week strategies to maximize yield and occupancies in our wide and varied markets. Proper actions on reservation channels (Opening/ Closing/ Allotment of rates levels day by day). Proper actions and communication to hotel Sales team in order to inform them on hotel booking trends. Analysis of competitors rates strategy, performance and promotion offers. Planning, developing, and implementing plans which increase sales: Marketing and advertising campaigns for electronic distribution; Special promotion according hotel needs on public channels/ for wholesalers Prepare daily and monthly forecast report. Prepare and review group management requested by Sales Team. Analyze and compare business each day of the week, for the same week of the year, from past years, based on holding, to forecast the average rate and occupancy for each day for the future dates, months, and years. Analyze of the competitors weekly and monthly statistic. Communication with all departments concerned (Front Office/ Reservation/ Sales & Marketing/Finance) regarding the changes of pricing policy, promotion, waitlist bookings.
