Driver Cum Dispatch (12 months leasing contract)

- To support and assist in providing administrative and office general services to the site.
- Responsible for staff transportation and running errands for the site.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, documents, and personnel to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of items according to schedule and instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents during transit.
- Conduct daily inspections to confirm vehicles are in good working condition.
- Report mechanical issues or damages promptly to the supervisor.
- Ensure all vehicle-related documents such as road tax, insurance, and permits are valid and up to date.
- Provide dispatch services as required, including coordination with internal and external parties.
- Liaise with car leasing companies regarding vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Supervise service providers such as pest control, contract cleaners, and air-conditioning technicians to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driving license (Class D and GDL) is mandatory.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role involving driving and Administrative support functions.
- Preferably within manufacturing environment.
- Experience in handling logistics or administrative support is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge on office administrative and dispatching duties.
- Ability to use basic mobile apps or GPS navigation tools.
- Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and safety awareness.
- Great inter-personal skills to interacts with all levels of management.
