- Assist in preparing and dispatching of documents for Notification of Unclaimed Money, Notification of Suspense Amount and Service Commission Statement
- Assist in clearing of the suspense amount by way of refund (create payment) or transfer to provision account.
- Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authorizer and send to agent/MPH/customers.
- Assist team lead in commission related issues, enquiries or request.
- Prepare summary report for counter log file and customer feedback form.
- Ensure cases are process within TAT.
- Perform quality control checking on data entries.
- Assist team lead in handling Agent, MPH and member's enquires
- Relief for GMBS Counter
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Other responsibilities entailed
- Tertiary qualification in business, administration, finance, management, insurance or science subjects.
- Preferably 1 year experience in a service oriented industry or in life/group insurance.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
