81400 Senai, JohorWorking Schedule:Working Days: 5 days per weekWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMJob Description (Daily Responsibilities)Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, medical records, and HR databases.Support recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Assist in organizing company events, activities, and training sessions.Check, monitor, and verify staff claims, supplier invoices, and payment requests.Maintain proper documentation and ensure all files are organized and up to date.Calculate and prepare monthly overtime (OT) claims.Monitor company vehicle renewal schedules and maintenance records.Track and manage foreign workers’ permit renewals and related documentation.Perform other ad-hoc administrative or HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.Job RequirementsCertificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Kindly contact Ms Rachel at +6019-772 2619 for further details or send your resume to [rachel.gan@cityrecruit.com.my ]orKindly contact Ms Lynn +6012 958 5453 or send your resume to [crcs-my-recruitment2@cityrecruit.com.my]
