- Design detailed layout, lead and coordinate execution of defined layout projects to fulfill business needs and area efficiency targets.
- Lead and coordinate design standardization for works-place, jig & fixtures to maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality.
- Work cross-functionally with FM, ESH, IT to continuously improve good 5S and safe workplace, execution of all project and meeting required clean room protocol.
- Maintain track of layout information database and ensure high integrity, being able to develop coherent concept and methodology and document for standard and guideline.
- Perform area requirement simulation based on LTCR and MinMax business volumes, providing an overview area scenario in the coming 5 years and to trigger needful action in time to avoid business impact.
- Strong analytical and debug skills for understanding and resolving of layout topic, excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and can build consensus between key stakeholders.
- Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities.
- Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD (3D).
