- 5+ years experience in production, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and skincare/cosmetic production standards
- Strong leadership, planning, and team development skills
- Analytical mindset and process improvement capabilities
- Proficient in production tracking tools, Excel, and reporting systems
- Able to work with shift
- Oversee all production processes including raw material processing, scheduling, and line performance to meet delivery timelines and quality targets
- Supervise and develop Production Leaders and Operators, collaborating with Planners to ensure smooth workflow and resource efficiency
- Ensure production operations comply with GMP, HALAL, HACCP, and internal quality standards
- Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and adjust as necessary to meet operational demands
- Monitor daily output, downtime, and resource usage, recommending improvements to increase efficiency
- Coordinate with R&D, QC, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability and product readiness
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure accurate and complete production documentation
- Enforce workplace safety policies and hygiene protocols in all production areas
- Review staff performance, identify training needs, and implement skill development programs
- Prepare and present production KPIs, risks, and project updates to General Manager or higher management
- Ensure optimal production cost efficiency, low rejection rate, and maximum output capacity
