- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.

- Contribute to improving operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant diploma or degree depending on the role applied for.
- Previous experience in a similar non-engineering function is preferred but not always essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
