Home to some of Kuala Lumpur's most loved bakeries, restaurants and cafes, Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is all about food that is good for the soul alongside legendary service. Currently with 25 outlets across 10 brands, 2025 will continue be an exciting time for the Group as we are looking to expand our E- Commerce team. We're looking for a Digital Campaign & Website Manager to help grow our digital presence and drive impactful campaigns across platforms. He/She is responsible to manage end-to-end digital campaigns across all brands under the company umbrella-including both ongoing campaigns and standalone campaign microsites-while also overseeing website edits and updates across multiple platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, Vev, etc.). He/She will need to ensure cohesive brand experience, optimal performance, and accurate content across all digital touchpoints. He/She will also be responsible to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align campaigns with broader business goals and leverage performance analytics to optimize digital strategies and drive measurable results, maintaining agility in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The task & responsibilities include, but not restricted to; Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and implement multi-channel digital campaigns (social, email, SEO/SEM, display). Liaise with creative teams to produce content for both brand and campaign sites. Handle A/B tests, landing page builds, and funnel optimizations. Website & Microsite Management Oversee website edits/corrections for all brands under the main company site. Build and update campaign-specific microsites/landing pages. Maintain CMS consistent styling, messaging, and user experience. Coordinate with developers or use page-builder tools to troubleshoot and update content. E-commerce Platform Management Manage brand storefronts using Shopify, Squarespace, Vev, (and others as needed). Work alongside with Marketing team to sustain our online sales presence. Monitor engagement and provide community support. Shift campaigns dynamically based on trend insights. Data Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, platform-specific insights to monitor website health and campaign metrics. Report on key KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, AOV. Adjust campaigns and web strategy based on data insights (indeed.com, shopify.com). Gross-Functional Collaboration Align with sales, product, operations ,marketing and customer service teams for unified goals. Work with external agencies for technical deliverables (e.g., custom Vev builds). Key Qualifications: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years in digital marketing-F&B or FMCG experience is a plus. Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email-marketing tools. Solid experience managing site content and storefronts on Shopify, Squarespace, Vev, WordPress, or similar (upwork.com, indeed.com, shopify.com). Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for simple edits and troubleshooting. SEO/SEM tools knowledge and landing-page optimization skills. Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities.
